Johnny Morgan is the biological son of Dr. Oliver Thredson and Lana Winters. His father was the original Bloody Face killer, who skinned and tortured women. He terrorized the state of Massachusetts, even framing another man for his crimes. Eventually, Oliver’s crimes were revealed but before he could be arrested, he was shot by Lana, Johnny’s mother. Johnny was put up for adoption shortly after his birth.
When Johnny was young, he was quiet and shy. He was frequently bullied in school. One day when Johnny was on the playground, he had been pushed down by a bully. A woman came over to help him up and she even helped him put his glasses back on. He didn’t realize it right away, but it was his mother who came over to help him. That memory stayed in his mind as years went by. Johnny would see her on TV and would always tell his foster siblings and other kids at school that she was his mother. No one took him seriously though. As time went by and he reached his teenage years he began to show concerning behaviors. He began to show aggressive and violent behaviors which prompted him to be suspended multiple times from school and he was moved to different foster homes.
Before he could graduate high school, Johnny was arrested and sent to prison for armed robbery. In prison he found out who his biological parents were, causing him to go down a rabbit hole and do more research on them.
Adulthood
Once Johnny was released from prison, he did even more research on his biological parents. He even found an audio recording on Ebay and bought it. This recording pushed Johnny in the direction of liking his father and hating his mother. When Johnny found out it was his mother who killed his father, it was a major turning point for him. Once he scrapped up some money, he found where his father lived and began renting it. He began to idolize his father the more he researched.
Johnny had no intention of going to medical school but that didn’t change the fact that he wanted to be just like his father. He knew he had to put a lot of effort into this, especially if he wasn’t going to go to med school to learn all the techniques he would need. Johnny took a step and put himself into rehab to at least get himself off drugs. He got clean and then he got his GED soon after.
After getting his GED, he enrolled in classes at a community college. Johnny eventually got a degree in business. After getting his degree, he searched for a job. Johnny managed to get a steady job for a company, it wasn't anything too impressive. This was a good cover for him, and this was also around the time he officially began to follow in the footsteps of his father...
